Birthday Cake

Was busy for work as im start to work as a part-time artist in mac. Wake up early morning & prepare to work then every after work i have to rush to childcare to pick Jacynth home.

Im tired because is been a long time that i didnt work. Was working almost all the weekdays last 2 weeks & i finally got my time to bake & blog with my baking.

I made a double chocolate cake with chocolate ganache & deco with fondant for the mickey design. This cake is order from my mac ex-colleague & its for her son's 2 years old birthday last weekend.

Last nite i bake a lemon new york cheese cake topped with strawberries glaze for hubby's cousin's birthday. A heavy cheese cake that having a twist if lemon & glaze with strawberries glaze... Everyone love it...
